Credits are shared by your workspace and roll over permanently while your subscription is active.

We use 2 different technologies. One is a regular one, used to determine if an email is valid, accept-all (unverifiable), or invalid. The second one is specifically for 'Accept-all' emails, where we are able to determine if some of the emails are valid or not. This means that we are able to find more valid emails than other providers and exclude more invalid emails.It depends on country, industry, and job title. As a rule of thumb: emails often 60–90%.

Mobiles are tougher, but because Pronto queries 100+ providers (starting with premium ones), our hit-rate is higher. In practice, if we don’t find it, chances are nobody can—we’ve already asked everyone.

No single vendor has 100% coverage. Pronto sequences multiple compliant providers: if the first one can’t find data, the next tries, and so on. This process boosts your hit-rate without widening your ICP.
